Vintage Car & Motorcycle Rally at Cropton – August 2018 (1)

On Sunday 19th August 2018 we had the 11th gathering of vintage cars and motorbikes at the Cropton Village Hall field. There were also some Harley Davidson motorcycles on the main street. The weather forecast was poor but luckily the day turned out fine and we had a good show of old classic vehicles.

Thank you to ‘Fools Gold’ for entertaining the crowd with a musical progamme.

Home-made refreshments were served in Cropton village hall. There was also a bric-a-brac stall, a book stall, raffle and tombola. The event raised over £1,500 for village hall funds.

Many thanks to the organizers, Angela and Graham Carter, and to all the exhibitors. Thanks to everyone who attended, the many helpers and all those that made donations of food, bric-a-brac and prizes.
