Vintage Car & Motorcycle Rally at Cropton – August 2015
On Sunday 16th August 2015 a number of vintage cars and motorcycles gathered in the Cropton Village Hall field. The weather was ideal, with the event attracting plenty of old classic vehicles and also a lot of spectators.
Lots of vintage motorcycles turned out and the display included many Harley Davidson bikes in the main street. Visitors enjoyed delicious home-made refreshments and there was a bric-a-brac stall, a book stall and tombola in the village hall.
We do appreciate all the efforts made by the exhibitors to come to the rally. Many thanks to the organizers, Angela and Graham Carter, and to all the many helpers. Over £1,300 was raised for Cropton village hall funds.
This lovely old MG attracted a lot of attention!
