Vintage Car & Motorcycle Rally at Cropton – August 2017 (5)
Here we have our last photos of the August 2017 Car and Motorbike rally at Cropton.
Dick Feaster (Secretary of Cropton Village Hall) presented a cheque to Dave Greaves (President of Teeside Yesteryear Motor Club) in aid of Great Northern Air Ambulance charity. The club have been brilliant supporters of this event over the past few years so the village hall was pleased to make a contribution to their fund raising!
Prize winner of the ‘Most Presentable Motorcycle’ – Sam Wesley from Pickering!
‘Fools Gold’, Carol and Steve Robson from Newcastle, provided some excellent entertainment, and atmosphere, at the rally!
It was busy outside the village hall at coffee time!
It was busy inside the hall too! There were some very patient people in the queue and some hard work by all the helpers!
Relaxing in the village hall field! The event was really enjoyable and I hope that all those who came enjoyed themselves!
We were really pleased to receive a couple of ‘thank you’ letters!
Just a great thank you for letting us join your car and motorbike show. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was so great to meet like minded people. The spread of food was amazing. Very pleased to be part of this initiative!

Last year, I wrote a thank you after our 2nd visit to the classic car/bike show, and this was our 3rd consecutive yearly visit. It just gets better. Each year is fantastic. We brought a couple of new motorcycle riders again this year, and they loved it. As we arrived, a large contingent of motorcycles arrived, and it is a credit to your organisers that they found us all space to park, and the young lad on the entrance never had a grin off his face, he did extremely well. This show ranks as one of the highlights of our biking calendar. Many thanks to all the organisers, and see you next year.

See you all next year!
